Business Development Manager:

Business Development or equivalent degree with 6-8 years of experience in telecom or IT sector. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong networking skills.

Creating, developing, structuring and closing new business models including marketing, sales, financials and customer relationship, supply chain management for launching upcoming projects, facilitate marketing and Represent the company externally to hospitality, enterprise, real estate, media, government, strategic planning, agencies, funding agencies, and the general public.

Sales & Markeing Executive:

Manage day to day operations of the Team Report on a daily basis. Conduct review meetings with team and customer on a weekly basis. Ensure SLA levels as agreed upon are followed at site Zero Escalations from customer. Follow all processes defined by the company at site. Revenue Generation and contract renewals. Keep a check on Profitability of the projects. Payment follow up and collections. At least one improvements to process, suggestion to be received from the team every Quarter. Create a training plan for all the members of the team. Good Customer service and interpersonal skills, very good written and spoken communication skills, self motivation and customer interaction skills. Sufficient Technical Knowledge to carry out analysis of incident reports and Follow-up. Target oriented individual and should have the ability to perform under pressure. People management skills.

Insightful knowledge of business process analysis and design, reengineering, process rationalization, cost control, capacity planning, performance measurement and quality.

5-10 Years experience. Should have prior exp in telecom, IT, program management. Degree from reputed university. Able to handle a team of minimum 20-30 engineers. Excellent Presentation and communication skills.

CTO:

We require a CTO (Chief Technical Officer) who should be well versed in Telecom, Networking, Wireless Technology, IT Management, Security, Hardware, Software and other areas. Should be thorough in User management, and build IT Policies and implement them. Atleast 10 years and above exp. On top level it management. Experience in WiFi, WiMax preferable.

Network System:

The candidate must be a Graduate in IT, Computer Engineering on any other related degree. Certifications such as Redhat, SuSe, Novell, CCNA, CCNP etc. will be an added advantage. The candidate should be have good communication and customer handling skills.

The candidates should be experienced dealing with Routers, switches, firewalls, Wireless devices and on Linux/Unix Environment. Experience on Wireless, Structure Cabling and Fiber Optics, VoIP, IP Telephony is an advantage.

Network Programming / Tech Leads:

Responsible for design and development of core infrastructure projects that involves the enterprise logging framework (CAL) and enterprise messaging systems at client place.

The candidate should have knowledge of networking protocols multicasting 6-8 yrs of overall IT experience in C, C++, Perl,  Billing Software, AAA, Radius, Socket programming, TCP/IP, UDP, SNMP, Shell scripting on UNIX environment. Should be familiar with network programming concepts on UNIX platform.  Familiar with networking protocols. Strong design, coding skills.

Software Testing Engineers / System Analyst:

Experience with Wireless Technology, IP (required), Ethernet, and ATM, Frame Relay or other local-area or wide-area networking products and technologies. Should have experience on service design and system integration. Must have excellent problem analysis skills, Statistical and mathematical analysis skills, Project management experience, excellent communications skills (both verbal and written), Experience protocol testing like BGP (must), MPLS, ETHERNET, MSTP, OSPF, and RSTP. Experience configuring switches, routers and content switching testing experience are a plus.  Experience with testing hardware (Server) is a plus. Hands-on experience building and configuring all aspects of complex test configurations (clients, servers, network, and router configuration). Good knowledge includes IPv4 or IPv6 stacks is a plus. Knowledge of Layer2 and Layer3 VPNs is desirable. Knowledge of SNMP and other Network Management tools and techniques.
